Inaccessible room ruined our accommodations.

The hotel staff was friendly and the cleanliness impressed me. While the room was cozy, some appliances felt outdated and the air conditioning had a musty smell when set to fan. Breakfast had decent options, making mornings easier. Overall, a pleasant stay despite a few hiccups.

The pool, despite its inviting appearance, wasn't heated during my stay, which felt disappointing given the expectations set by the promotional material. I also found the mattress in the King Room to be unusually soft, leaving me longing for a firmer sleep surface. The soap quality was subpar, which added to the feeling of not having a premium experience overall.

we checked in two hours early without any issues. the king room was spotless with no bad odors. the indoor pool was wonderful for relaxing after a day out. the staff was incredibly kind, especially rich at the front desk when we needed to adjust our stay.

I cannot believe how terrible our stay was! The first room we entered smelled like mildew, and there was even a dehumidifier there to prove it. We had to go buy bleach to clean up after the previous guests, and the dirt-covered washcloth was just the last straw. The cleaning staff seemed entirely overwhelmed and weren't able to communicate with us, adding to our frustration.
